1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Renters are asked to read carefully and confirm acceptance by signing the Rental Agreement. Renters must fulfil all present agreement's requirements.

THE OWNER HAS THE RIGHT  NOT TO RENT A CAR TO A CUSTOMER WITHOUT SUPLIMENTAR EXPLANATION 

2. RENTER'S AGE

Driver's age: minimum 21 years old. Driver must be in possesion of a valid driving licence at least one year old.

THE CUSTOMER IS FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE TO THE OWNER FOR DAMAGES OR ACCIDENTS PRODUCED TO THE RENTED CAR BY A DRIVER WHICH IS NOT AUTHORISED BY THE OWNER

3. DELIVERY/ COLLECTION

The car is delivered to the customer in good conditions, with no visible flaw; any complaints refering to car's state have to be made at delivery time. The customer agrees to car's returning in good conditions together with all car's documents, accessories, equipments at the place, date and time written in the agreement.  Any delay which surpasses 3 hours will be announced to the Police as car theft.

4. USAGE CONDITIONS

The customer agrees to the following conditions. The rented car doesn't have to be used or driven:
a) against any legal rules concerning the customs, traffic or others;
b) for objects and pasengers transportation
c) to allow overloading (number of seats, weight ) car's limits written in its registration;
d) to push or to drag other car, trailer or other object;
e )under the influence of alcohol, drugs, narcotics, barbiturics, or other substance which can affect driver's concentration  state or driving capacity;
f )as for the flaws that may appear, car's reparations have to be made by an accepted (by the owner) service group;
g) in any competitios, tests or races;
h) the car must not be left with the key in contact, unloked  doors and boot or open windows;
i) the car must not be used out of  car's producer's instructions and recommandations.

BREAKING THE USAGE CONDITIONS, MAKES THE CUSTOMER FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE TO THE OWNER

5. PAYMENT

The customer is personally responsible for paying the following to the owner:

a) the time fee, specified in the Rental Agreement;
b) the  car is delivered / collected full tank. Any difference shown by fuel indicator on car's bord, will be payed at gas stations's price;
c )minimum rental duration is 24 hours. First hour over 24 hours is free of charge. Over one hour delay, a full day will be charged according to the standard rate;
d )the traffic fines or other breakings of the law concerning the car;
e )in case of losing the car documents, Rental Ageement or car keys, a charge of 200 EURO will apply;
f) THE GUARANTEE REQUIRED IS between 300 and 500 EURO, depending on car type. This will be returned at car's collection time if the customer returns it in good conditions, with all  car's documents accessories and equipment at the place, date and time written in the agreement.

IF THE CAR IS SCRATCHED OR HAS SPOTS OF  MISSING DYE , BROKEN OR BURNED COVERS, OR OTHER DAMAGE, THE GUARANTEE FEE WILL NOT BE RETURNED

6. INSURANCE

The owner has full casco insurance for the rented cars.The customer and his companions have  personal insurance for accidents included in renting car's price.
The customer is responsible and agrees to pay all the expences and damages value for:
a) damages caused by unapropriate maintenance of  the  rented car as well as for the damages produced to the engine, the gear box or diferential as a consequence of low lubrication  or overheatting;
b) damages produced to the tyres or to the tubes through cutting, stinging, explosion;
c) damages produced through the electric power action over electric instalation components;
d )damages of any kind produced to the rented car as a consequence of driving on flooded roads;
e )damages produced to any car's subsistem or component as a consequence of not respecting the public roads rules for safety traffic and the rules viewing luggage charging and its arrangement during transportation;
f) damages produced to the spear components, covers or other inside existing goods  of the car;
g) damages produced to the car  as a consequence of using it in races, contests or trainings.
h) damages produced to the rented car if:

• the accident is willingly produced
• accident produced during car's driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, barbiturics, or any other substance which can affect driver's concentration state or driving capacity, as well as during the perpetration of some law offences  viewing public roads traffic, though these facts  didn't produce on public roads or while commiting other law offences;
• accident produced while action's author tries to shirk pursuit ;

i) theft or theft attempt - not confirmed by Police, or if Police hasn' t received a complaint for the theft or theft attempt; -if people of customer's family are involved in theft or theft attempt perpetration or, for juridical persons case, their delegated persons.

7. COMPENSATIONS

The owner can't be responsible for the accidents produced by customer or their companions affecting car's functions, for loosing the inside car objects or other causes.

8. ACCIDENTS, DAMAGES, THEFT

The customer agrees to protect the owner and insurance company's interests in case of accident, theft or car's damages through:
a)obtaining eye-witnesses and implicated parts' name and  adresses;
b)not abandoning the car without providing its guard;
c)announcing by thelephone the owner within three hours from the occurrence of any incident.

DOCUMENTS THAT MUST BE OBTAINED IN CASE OF ACCIDENTS, DAMAGE OR THEFT
The following documents must be obtained from the nearest Police Station immediately after the accident or theft and they have to mention:

1. Police Report : signed by the officer  who wrote the report and Police Station's stamp. (COMPULSORY :the specification : driving / not driving under the influence of alcohol- in case of accident ) ; or the seccond annex,  signed by the officer who wrote the  report and Police Station's stamp.

2. Reparations' authorization with: the signature of the officer who wrote the report and Police Station's stamp.

NOT PRESENTING THE MENTIONED DOCUMENTS OR IN CASE OF BREAKING THE ROMANIAN LAWS, THE ROMANIAN TRAFFIC LAWS, OR ONE OF  RENTAL  AGREEMENT CONDITIONS BY THE CUSTOMER / THE DRIVER, THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL DAMAGES , COSTS OR LOOSES CAUSED TO THE OWNER

9. VALIDITY

The customer agrees to the nulity of any terms and conditions changes as they have no written appoval of both parts.

10. JURISDICTION

Any conflict that may appear from car's rental according to the above presented terms and conditions will be trialed at Bucharest Court, Romania.
